We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $100+

Orders under $100 have a standard shipping rate of $6.00

Standard shipping orders will leave our store within 1-3 days and will usally be at your door within a week.

Rush
We offer rush shipping for a $21 flat rate

Rush shipping orders will leave our store SAME DAY and will be shipping the fast option available. Orders usally will be at your door in 1-2 days.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges can be made in store only. Returned items will receive store credit. To receive the full credit amount, returned / exchanged items must have original High Voltage tags and receipt.

Returns / exchanges without a receipt are subject to current pricing and are only accepted if the style is currently in stock. Returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date on receipt.

If mailing a return, customer is responsible for return postage.

Items that cannot be returned/exchanged: Earrings, athleticwear, shapewear, bathing suits, drink wear, cosmetic products, hair accessories, hats, sale rack items, seasonal items (ex. Christmas graphic tees), opened perfumes.

Goods that appear to be worn or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Goods with smoke smell cannot be returned.
